If Kangaroo Courts withholds access to Personal Information, Kangaroo Courts will provide written reasons to the extent required and how the applicant may complain about the refusal. Alternatively, we will consider whether the provision of access to an independent third party will meet Kangaroo Courts’s and the relevant applicant’s needs.
